Press Release Body = Palo Alto, CA: Anderson Honda, your trusted Honda Dealer in Palo Alto, California, is pleased to announce the arrival of the promising all-new 2007 Honda CR-V.
The all-new Honda CR-V is powered by a 166-horsepower inline four generating 161 ft-lbs. of torque. The 2007 Honda CR-V measures 35.7 cubic feet with the second-row seats intact and 72.9 cubic feet with them folded flat; that\'s up from 33.5 cubic feet and 72 cubic feet, respectively, in the outgoing model.
Honda offers side curtain airbags with rollover sensors, front side-impact airbags, active front head restraints, an electronic stability system, antilock brakes and a tire pressure monitoring system, all standard. The redesigned 2007 CR-V has yet to be crash tested.
Some of the more advanced technology on the new CR-V includes a radar-based Adaptive Cruise Control system coupled with a Collision Mitigation Braking System. The first can maintain a set distance between the CR-V and a car ahead when cruising, while the second will warn the driver of an impending collision before actively applying the brakes itself. The new CR-V also has Active Front Lighting that turns the HID lamps along with the vehicle.
